  • Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) – To help determine an appropriate asking price.
  • Targeted Market Analysis – To determine WHO is in the market to purchase a home just like yours, and to determine WHERE our advertizing dollars are best spent in order to make the home buying experience as efficient as possible.
  • Networking – I will use my networking groups and connections to help sell your home.
  • Social Media – I will utilize all of my social media outlets to market your home.
  • Online – I will list, and advertise on my website. I will utilize my connections in order to advertise your home on their websites/links as well.
  • Open House – I will hold Open House’s, given your consent, and advertise in all of my networking, social, and online outlets.
  • Tours – I can hold an Open House during the weekly Broker Tour, in order to expose your property to other Brokers, in hopes of gaining their buyer’s interests.
